Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. chuck roast, 1 pkg. onion soup mix and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place roast on a large piece of aluminum foil.
Pour soup mix and mushroom soup (undiluted) on the roast.
Bring the ends of foil together tightly so juice cannot escape. Cook in a 325Β° oven for 2 hours.
