Pot Pie
Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn and peas, 1/3 c. butter, 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1/3 c. chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Rinse frozen peas and corn under running water to separate; drain.
Heat butter in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat until melted.
Stir in flour, onion, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in broth and milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in turkey and vegetables.
