Possum Pie
Possum Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 4 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix, 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese; set aside. Mix vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes with milk.
Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of cooled pie shell.
Spread the pudding over this layer.
Top with whipped cream.
Arrange pecan halves on the whipped cream.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
