Portuguese Potatoes
Portuguese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium red potatoes, 1 lb. cubed velveeta cheese, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. or less chopped garlic and 1 small jar pimento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cube and boil potatoes, leaving skin on.
Place in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish or 2 smaller dishes.
Mix cheese, onion, garlic, pimento and bread and sprinkle over cooked potatoes.
Pour oleo over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
