Pork Steaks
Pork Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pork blade steaks (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick), 2 tbsp. lard, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 4 slices onion (1/4-inch thick), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown steaks in lard.
Remove steaks from pan and arrange in shallow casserole or baking pan.
Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and place a slice of onion, a slice of tomato and a slice of green pepper on each steak.
Cover and return to oven for another 15 minutes.
