Pork Special
Pork Special is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 0.8 lb. lean boneless pork chops, salt and pepper, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 minced glove garlic and 2 sliced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut pork chops in cubes and sprinkle the cubes with salt and pepper.
Fry the cubes in oil until nice and brown.
Once almost brown, fry with the meat for a minute, garlic, carrots and leek. Add beef-tea and soy sauce.
Simmer for another 15 minutes. Thicken the sauce with peanut butter.
