Pork Roast
Pork Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 oz.) pork roast, boned, rolled and tied, 1 clove garlic, 1 c. orange marmalade and 1 (1-inch) piece ginger root, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place roast, fat side up, on rack in roasting pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 2 to 3 hours.
Combine garlic, marmalade and ginger root in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Remove garlic and ginger root.
Brush glaze over roast 2 to 3 times during the final 30 minutes of roasting.
Serve on platter.
Garnish with orange slices.
