Pork Roast
Pork Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pork roast (4 to 6 lb. size), 2 onions, quartered, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, sprinkled over meat 1 hour before cooking, 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 envelope lipton dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix all other ingredients with enough water to cover; let stand at least 4 hours.
I put the marinade in a deep bowl in the fridge overnight, then put all in crock-pot and put on low and cook until done.
Parboiled potatoes added to crock-pot and cooked in marinade are good.
