Pork Roast
Pork Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with roast, dried red pepper, salt, sage and vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place roast in pan.
Add a small piece of dried red pepper, salt to taste and a pinch of sage.
Cover with water; place on top of stove and cook on medium heat until done.
Take out of pan and place in a baking dish.
Pour a small amount of vinegar over roast, then put a small amount of black pepper over roast.
Brown in a 400Β° oven.
Serve hot or cold.
