Pork Patties
Pork Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. raw rice, 2 1/2 lb. ground pork, salt, pepper and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Cook rice; cool.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except tomato juice.
Form into 12 patties and place in greased pan.
Pour tomato juice over patties.
Bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes more.
Tomato juice will be absorbed.
