Pork Normandy
Pork Normandy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 6 pork chops, 1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. apple juice and 1 medium apple, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet in hot oil, cook pork chops about 10 minutes or until browned; off fat.
Stir in soup, apple juice, apples, celery and thyme.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
Garnish with apple slices, if desired. Serves 6.
