Pork Nasube
Pork Nasube is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 long nasube (eggplants), sliced and soaked in water for 10 minutes, 1 tray pork slices, garlic, japanese mushrooms, soaked in water (use water for cooking) and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Nasube in oil.
When done, place on paper towels. Cook pork in oil with crushed garlic.
Add mushrooms, sugar, chili pepper, water and shoyu.
Simmer for a few minutes, then add the nasube and round onion.
