Pork Marengo
Pork Marengo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork, cut in 1-inch cubes, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up and 1 tsp. chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In skillet, brown meat and onions in hot oil.
Transfer meat and onions to slow cooker and add remaining ingredients to skillet, scraping browned bits from bottom.
Pour over pork.
Cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours.
Thicken gravy.
