Pork Hash
Pork Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground pork, 1 green onion, chopped, 1 egg, chung-cho (salted turnip), chopped and a few sprigs of chinese parsley, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Add all ingredients together except the wrappers.
Do not mix too long, just enough to combine the ingredients.
Add one tablespoon of filling to the center of each wrapper and bring edges up, forming a cup.
Coat bottom and sides with a little vegetable oil so they don't stick to the steaming pan.
Place in pan and steam for about 30-45 minutes.
I use my rice cooker to steam the pork hash!
