Pork Creole
Pork Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean pork, cubed, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 small pepper, chopped, 1 small onion, minced and 1 c. celery, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oil in heavy pot; slowly saute meat, bell pepper, onion and celery for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour and blend in.
Add seasoning, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken broth.
Cook slowly for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve over hot rice.
