Pork Chops - Rice
Pork Chops - Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 6 center cut pork chops, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. rice and 1 can cream of onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook rice with 2 cups water about 10 minutes. Spread in bottom of baking dish. Salt, pepper and flour chops; brown slightly on top of stove.
Place chops on top of rice.
Mix both cans of soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over all.
Cook at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
If it seems too dry, add a little more water on top. (Recipe may also be used with chicken.)
