Pork Chops 'n Stuffing
Pork Chops 'N Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops, 3 c. soft bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/4 c. melted butter and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown chops on both sides.
Place in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix bread crumbs, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning.
Place a mound of stuffing on each chop.
