Pork Barbecue
Pork Barbecue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. pork loin or pork butt, well cooked, 1 c. broth (from cooked pork), 1/2 c. ketchup, 1 tbsp. french's mustard and 1/2 tsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook pork in water and salt and pepper to taste.
Remove pork when done and shred into small pieces.
Set aside.
Measure 1 cup broth and 1/4 cup onion into pot.
Add ketchup, mustard, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
Add pork.
Allow to simmer 15 to 20 minutes on low heat until onions are done.
