Pork Barbecue
Pork Barbecue is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. pork butt roast, 1 c. water and 1 bottle your favorite barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put meat and water in slow cooker and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
When done, it should shred easily with a fork.
Remove from slow cooker and shred meat with 2 forks.
Put back into slow cooker (make sure you discard the water and fat) or large casserole dish.
Add sauce and serve with rice or on hamburger buns.
