Pork Adobo
Pork Adobo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. lean pork, 2 tbsp. minced garlic, 3 bay leaves, 1/2 c. vinegar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a skillet, combine pork, garlic, bay leaves, vinegar, salt and peppercorns; let stand for 10 minutes.
Add enough water to nearly cover meat. Cover and simmer until water is evaporated, about 1 1/2 hours. Brown meat in skillet, adding more fat, if necessary.
