Porcupines is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. uncooked rice and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix and form into small balls.
Put in shallow pan and cover with 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 hours. Baste occasionally.
