Poppy Seed Salad
Poppy Seed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium iceberg lettuce, 3 green onions, chopped, 3/4 c. sliced almonds, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a large bowl, combine lettuce and onions.
Refrigerate. In small skillet, saute the almonds with 1 tablespoon sugar and butter; set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine oil, vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar and seasonings.
Mix well.
Just before serving, add noodles, almonds and dressing to lettuce.
Mix well.
