Poppy Seed Bread

Combine poppy seed and milk in large bowl.
Let stand at room temperature 3 to 4 hours.
Let margarine and eggs warm to room temperature.
Add sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and flour to poppy seed and milk.
Beat 1 minute, scraping sides of bowl.
Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or less.
Yield: loaf.
