Popping Barbecups
Popping Barbecups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. minced onion and 1 can tenderflake biscuits (12), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large skillet brown beef.
Drain.
Then add barbecue sauce, sugar and onion.
Set aside.
Place one biscuit in each ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edge.
Spoon meat mixture in cups.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes
