Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c unsifted flour, 1 c milk, 3 tbsp melted margarine and 1/2 tsp salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In small deep mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add flour, milk, melted margarine and salt. Beat just until blended: do not overbeat.
Pour batter into 8 to 12 well greased muffin cups.
Bake in moderate oven (375Β°) for 50 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
Makes 8 to 12 popovers.
Cool slightly. Cut open and serve with butter or margarine.
