Popovers
Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1 tbsp. cooking oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs and 7/8 c. unsifted flour (measure 1 full cup and remove 2 tbsp. to equal 7/8 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine milk, flour, oil and salt.
Beat with an electric beater set on high speed for 1 minute.
Add eggs one at a time, beat 20 seconds after adding each egg.
Grease 8 muffin tins or custard cups.
Fill cups 2/3 full.
Set in a cold oven.
Turn heat to 425Β°.
Bake 35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Remove from oven; let stand a few minutes, then remove from pan.
