Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. milk, 1 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 large eggs and 3 tbsp. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

👨🍳 Instructions
Grease and flour popover pan.
Pour milk into medium bowl. Add flour and salt.
With whisk, beat until well mixed.
Do not overbeat.
Add eggs, one at a time and whisk in until blended. Pour batter into pan filling three-fourths full.
Do not scrape bowl.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
Reduce oven to 325° and bake 20 minutes more or until golden.
Makes 6 popovers.
