Popcorn Soup
Popcorn Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. fresh corn, cut off cob, 1 c. milk, 3 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 medium onion, chopped and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook corn in 1 cup milk until tender.
Melt margarine and saute onion until soft.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper; then additional milk, half and half and cooked corn.
Cook until thickened.
Sprinkle top of soup with popcorn before serving. Serves 4.
