Popcorn Jelly Bean Cake
Popcorn Jelly Bean Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 lb. marshmallows, 5 to 6 qt. popped corn, 1 lb. jelly beans and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Have a large 10-inch tube pan ready.
Place margarine in large, heavy pot over low heat until melted.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add popcorn, nuts and jelly beans; stir until thoroughly coated.
Using a large spoon, pack the mixture into greased pan and smooth out.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Unfold onto plate.
Use butter on hands to help smooth.
