Popcorn Crumble
Popcorn Crumble is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. unsalted popped corn, 1 1/3 c. pecan halves, 2/3 c. sliced almonds, 1 1/3 c. sugar and 1 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix popcorn and nuts in a large bowl.
Set aside. Combine sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook to 300Β° using a candy thermometer. Add vanilla and very quickly pour over popcorn mixture.
Stir to coat well and spread on a greased cookie sheet to harden.
Makes 1 pound.
