Spray large tube cake pan or large bowl with Pam.
Melt marshmallows, margarine and oil.
Combine all other ingredients in large bowl.
Pour marshmallow mixture over and mix well.
Spoon into pan or leave in large bowl.
Let sit for ten to fifteen minutes to cool and mold.
Invert container onto serving platter and slice.
