Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popcorn, 1 lb. small gumdrops, 1/2 lb. salted nuts, 1/2 c. margarine and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease tube pan.
Mix popcorn with candy and nuts.
Melt butter, oil and marshmallows over low heat.
Stir to keep from burning.
When melted, pour over popcorn and mix well.
Press mixture into greased tube pan.
Cover with foil to keep moist.
