Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. popcorn, 1/3 c. oil, 1/2 stick oleo, 1 lb. marshmallows and 1 (1 lb.) jar dry roasted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pop corn in oil.
Melt margarine and marshmallows.
Stir in peanuts, popcorn and M&M's.
Pour mixture into greased Bundt pan. Press down well.
Cool before slicing.
Delicious and colorful. Great for parties.
At Christmas use red and green M&M's.
At Easter, use pastel M&M's.
