Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. corn oil, 1/2 c. butter, 10 1/2 oz. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. salted peanuts and 1 c. m&m's, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat together oil and butter.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows until melted.
Add peanuts and M&M's.
Pop corn and add to mixture.
Press all in an angel food cake pan.
