Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped corn, 1/2 lb. m&m's, 1/2 lb. salted peanuts or cashews, 1/4 lb. margarine and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put popped corn, nuts and M&M's in large bowl.
Simmer margarine, oil and marshmallows until the marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
Cool 5 minutes, then pour cooked mixture over popped corn, nuts and M&M's.
Stir until well mixed.
Press mixture into a greased angel food 10-inch tube cake pan.
Let set several hours and turn upside down on cake plate.
Cut with bread knife.
