Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. popped corn, 1 lb. gumdrops (small, omit black ones), 1 lb. pecans, 1/4 c. wesson oil and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix popped corn, gumdrops and nuts in large pan.
Melt oil and oleo and marshmallows.
Pour over the first 3 ingredients, mix well by hand.
Tightly greased tube pan. Let set for 2 hours.
Take out of pan.
