Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an easy dinner. Made with about 15 c. plain popcorn, popped, 1 stick margarine, 16 oz. marshmallows, 2 c. plain m&m's and 2 c. dry roasted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt the margarine and marshmallows and pour over the popcorn. Add the M&M's and peanuts.
Mix well and quickly.
Press into a pan sprayed with Pam. Let cool in refrigerator for easier slicing.
