Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 c. popcorn, 1/2 c. salad oil, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. salted peanuts and 1 lb. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt the margarine, marshmallows and salad oil together.
Keep popcorn warm in a large pan in the oven.
When ready to make, combine the popcorn with the melted mixture, peanuts and candies. Pack firmly in a well-greased (with butter) angel food or Bundt pan.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Invert on a plate and serve.
