Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped corn, 1/2 lb. salted nuts, 1 stick butter, 1 lb. marshmallows and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix popped corn and salted nuts in a large bowl.
In a saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows; add oil.
Pour butter mixture over popped corn mixture.
Mix until the popcorn and nuts are well coated with the butter mixture.
Add the M&M's and mix well.
Press into a well-greased (Pam) tube pan.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Turn out onto cake plate.
