Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 c. popped popcorn, 1/2 lb. salted peanuts with skins, 1 lb. gumdrops (unspiced), 1 lb. marshmallows and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix popcorn, peanuts and gumdrops in large bowl.
Melt marshmallows with oil and butter in double boiler until smooth. Mix with dry ingredients.
Press into ungreased angel food cake pan using cold water on hands.
