Popcorn Balls
Popcorn Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 5 qt. popped corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all ingredients except popcorn.
In a heavy saucepan, bring to a boil.
Lower heat and cook to 250Β° on a candy thermometer.
Mixture will bubble up in pan; watch it to keep from boiling over.
Pour slowly onto hot popcorn and mix until well coated.
Let stand 5 minutes or until mixture can be easily formed into balls.
Butter hands and form into 3-inch balls.
Makes 18 balls.
