Popcorn Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 2/3 c. condensed milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix butter, syrup and sugar in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring well.
Stir in condensed milk; simmer, stirring constantly, until it reaches the soft ball stage.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture over the popcorn.
Be sure all pieces are coated.
Rub a little butter on your hands and shape the balls.
Let them cool.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
