Popcorn Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 15 oz. unpopped corn, prepare according to directions, 1 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine corn syrup, sugar and salt.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, then cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour evenly over popped corn.
Let cool slightly.
Put butter on hands to help keep syrup from sticking and mold into 3 to 4-inch balls.
