Popcorn Balls
Popcorn Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/4 c. (1/4 stick) butter, 1/4 tsp. salt and few drops of food color, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat all ingredients, except popcorn, to boiling in Dutch oven over medium to high heat, stirring constantly.
Cook about 3 minutes, stirring constantly until popcorn is well coated.
Dip hands into cold water; shape mixture into 2 1/2-inch balls.
Place on waxed paper and cool.
Wrap individually in plastic bags and seal.
