Pop's Potatoes
Pop'S Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook potatoes in skins; chill well (they grate better).
Grate potatoes; set aside.
Sprinkle a little salt on.
Blend butter and sour cream and alternate layers of potatoes and soup.
You can add a little onion.
