Poor Man's Perogies
Poor Man'S Perogies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. shredded cabbage, 1 onion, 1 c. margarine, 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and 8 slices american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute cabbage and onion until golden and clear.
Place 1/3 cabbage mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and add 3 noodles.
Repeat previous 2 layers.
Layer potatoes, then cheese, then noodles, then cabbage.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Pour melted margarine over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, covered with foil.
Bake 15 more minutes, uncovered.
Let set before cutting.
