Ponsit
Ponsit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with oil to stir-fry, 1/2 c. pork, chopped, 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped, chicken broth and 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown pork, onions, celery and garlic in oil.
Add chicken and shrimp.
Stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add cabbage, carrots and about 1/4 cup soy sauce.
Stir-fry until crisp tender.
While this is cooking soak thin rice sticks in warm water to cover.
Drain and combine with meat mixture, along with 1/2 to 1 cup hot chicken broth.
Let set covered for 30 minutes.
To reheat, stir-fry in a little oil.
