Polka-Dot Dessert
Polka-Dot Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix, 2 c. milk, 1 pt. peppermint or mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened and 1 c. flavored tiny marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place pudding mix in a large mixing bowl.
Add milk.
Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Fold softened ice cream into pudding mixture.
Turn into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle marshmallows on top.
Freeze.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 9.
