Polish Mistakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. sausage, 1 tbsp. catsup, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 lb. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown beef and sausage together; drain.
Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. (Add cheese last.) Cook slowly until cheese is melted.
Spread mixture on rye bread.
Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
When frozen, may be put in airtight container.
