Polish Lasagna
Polish Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 lasagna noodles, 1/2 head cabbage, shredded, 12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, mashed potatoes and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute cabbage; prepare mashed potatoes and boil noodles.
Melt margarine and saute onions.
Layer in 13 x 9-inch pan as follows: noodles, potatoes, cheese, cabbage, noodles, etc.
Put butter and onions between layers and on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
